The Challenge
Creating an engaging, memorable influencer event
October is a busy time of year for influencer events and parties, so how can we steal attendees from other, more established events and brands? We needed to find a way to lure top talent, beyond those with an existing connection to Adrian Flux.
The Solution
A motorsport venue, competition and limited edition goodies
An influencer event needs to be relevant to the client, but fun for the influencer. So, when you’re working with a specialist insurance company, known for insuring performance cars and years of motorsport involvement, a venue like the F1 Arcade makes a lot of sense. But you can’t stop there, and we didn’t. Everything was branded and blue, from the 3ft balloons and the balloon arch, to the neon sign, information boards and Top Gear style magnetic leaderboard. We prepared a branded goodie bag, including printed car biscuits with a Spotify QR code taking influencers to an Adrian Flux Road Trip playlist, branded car air fresheners and more. But the highlight was most definitely the free, luxury T-shirts. Featuring a bespoke design, and printed on heavyweight, boxy blanks that rivalled designer quality, these absolutely flew off the rails.
The Execution
How did we pull this off?
The best campaigns are a team effort, and 7 of the Fluential team were on hand. Set-up was completed within 30 minutes, and we spent the 4 hour duration of the party networking on behalf of Adrian Flux, identifying opportunities and negotiating future deals. Adrian Flux’s team didn’t have to lift a finger. Creating the assets and goodies, inviting the influencers, setting up, managing the night and clearing away again was all sorted by us.
