35 Million Followers in One Room

How do you get 200+ influencers posting about your brand for free? Here’s how.

As the majority of our team are content creators, we’ve been to our fair share of influencer parties. We know what makes us want to go, what makes us want to stay, and what makes us want to post. Knowledge we use to our clients’ advantage.

When you’re hoping to have 200 creators in one room, you need to strike the balance between having enough to do that they’re never bored, but not too much that the event is overwhelming. Thus, a careful plan was born.

The venue can make or break a party. The cool-factor, the location. The Bike Shed in Shoreditch ticked all the boxes. An automotive theme, an edgy vibe and a central location. Adrian Flux also run the largest motorcycle insurance broker in the UK, Bikesure, making this home for the night even more relevant.

From there, we decided to book both of their party rooms, and theme the event Cars VS Bikes. One Adrian Flux room, and one Bikesure room. Now the challenge was on to make sure both rooms had equal appeal.

Relive the night with us...

As you enter, you pass the open doors to the Adrian Flux room, through which we had squeezed Alex Brundle’s highly modified Mustang, the “Brustang”. It was unlocked all night for creators to sit in and take pictures of, with Alex on hand to talk them through the build.

But we didn’t stop there, the Adrian Flux room also played host to a 4-way racing car simulator, branded ice-cream machine, and a free merch stand, where creators could choose to take home either an Adrian Flux chilled SHO water bottle, or a Bikesure one. Not to mention, the room featured gigantic Adrian Flux branded balloons and a massive neon sign too.

So why venture into the Bikesure room? Well, because that’s where the free bar was (yes, free!), along with a brilliant live band playing party hits, a branded donut wall from Crosstown, and multiple classic and performance bikes on display in the arches of the venue. Accompanied, of course, by Bikesure branded balloons and another massive neon sign.

But we didn’t stop there. The outdoor section where the rooms met hosted The Pizza Slice Guy, brought down from Fluential and Adrian Flux/Bikesure’s hometown of Norfolk to cook and serve fresh, New York style pizza slices to the attendees. Another major hit on the night.

Impact through influence

01

200+ Creators

Thanks to our extensive relationship building over the past few years, and months of meticulously planning interesting things for the event, we had a huge turnout, with 95% of those that RSVP’d yes showing up on the night.

02

150+ Posts

These events are wonderful for relationship building, and we’ve tracked just how much money they save us in deals throughout a year, but beyond that we received a tonne of content from high-profile creators promoting Adrian Flux.

03

1,000,000+ Known Reach

It’s impossible to keep track of it all, when it’s all impromptu, but we were able to gather stats for a big chunk of the content that went out on the night, and just that alone reached over 1 million people. Imagine the full stat!
