After conducting research, Greater Anglia realised that the general public really weren’t confident about using trains during the pandemic. Little did they know, the brand had put a tonne of measures in place to help their customers. They challenged us to show these protocols off to the public and measure a genuine uplift in confidence.
The Solution
Challenging perceptions and polling audiences
First, the influencers asked their audiences how they felt about train travel. Then, they showed them exactly why they can trust it as a safe method of public transport before asking whether their opinions had changed.
